Born in 1987 in Moscow, the artist first trained as a sociologist before studying painting, drawing, and photography in China and the Russian Far East (2012–2015), later attending the Surikov Art Institute and MMOMA’s Free Workshops. Her practice constructs a melancholic and unsettling world—an intimate mythology that serves as both cipher and refuge. Using painting as a universal language, she balances between reality and metaphor through deeply personal observations and detached optics. Recently, she has turned to graphics for more concise ideas and ceramics to capture a sense of frozen time. She lives and works in Moscow and Almaty.
